Talisha Padgett, an accomplished professional with a wealth of experience, leads our coaching team.
With a background in both traditional Marketing and cutting-edge Marketing Technology and Artificial Intelligence (AI), Talisha understands how to apply innovative solutions to real-world business challenges. Her journey includes roles at Comcast, Under Armour, Marriott International, and now Microsoft, where she spearheads B2B MarTech Platforms and AI.
Early in her career, Talisha tried to apply the standard advice often given, but it never felt authentic. After hiding and conforming for many years, she realized she did her best work when she was being her true self. Talisha’s passion now lies in helping individuals and organizations thrive by recognizing and leveraging their unique talents.
She recently attained a “Coaching Skills for Effective Leadership” certificate from Stanford University Graduate School of Business.

Kelechi is the co-founder of Empathy Coaching, as well as a dynamic and passionate professional. With a background that includes significant experience in Go-to-Market Operations, Supply Planning, and Program Management, Kelechi brings a wealth of knowledge and a unique perspective to her role. Her expertise is instrumental in guiding Empathy Coaching towards its mission of helping clients break free from constraints and step into their power as authentic leaders and professionals.
Kelechi’s entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to fostering genuine self-expression stem from her realization that conforming to a corporate mold often hinders personal advancement. This insight, shared with her fellow co-founder, became the cornerstone of Empathy Coaching’s philosophy.
Kelechi will be your first point of contact at Empathy Coaching, She is responsible for managing session scheduling, payments, and providing unwavering support outside of coaching sessions, to ensure a seamless and supportive experience.
